what about building a convertible tunnel over it? that can be taken on and off, but gets warm inside like a green house, and the plants wont be smushed every night. and means less labor for you
what area of texas are you in?! for some reason this whole time i thought you were ni arizona! ive heard amazing things about so many areas of texas (i know it's a big state though lol) but i want to go to dallas sooo bad are you near there?
