There are many wild plants that are edible and full of nutrients. And you can grow almost all of them in your garden. It’s spring in our natural garden and since there are not that many vegetables on the garden beds this time of the year, we have to look for alternatives. So, let’s take a look.

Cool 😎 interesting forest plants 🪴 😊
Try to make marmelade with violets. I used a recipie for rose marmelade and just used violets .
Thanks for the foraging video…The blooming trees are beautiful at the Country House…looks like the grass is getting very tall😮…
Thanks Peter. That was really interesting. Foraging is always fascinating. Of course we have quite strict rules on picking wild plants in the UK but that is only to preserve the plant and wildlife. It is generally acceptable to pick leaves and fruits for personal use…but if you uproot the plant, that can get you into big trouble…
I love mint water too! Thanks for the tips, Peter 😊. Happy Spring 🌱!
Very educational. Thank you. Happy Spring!
I really like environmental sciences and plants and I usually look for this type of content to improve my English. I love the way you speak with great patience, you transmit peace and comforting warmth to me, greetings from the southwest of Mexico.
Yes! This is why I became a follower..
Unfortunately I only have a small balcony that I fill every year with plants and herbs. And I do have a vieuw of a small park across the street with on this moment with lis of wild garlic… I didn't eat them yet 😊
O, and the wild garlic will proliferate, it can become a plague!
