The struggle has been real with this fella. When I got him, he did really good and then I propagated him and the struggle has been real. I keep getting leaves that kind of turn translucent and then brown and then die. Does anybody have any advice here? He gets watered every 10 days, feed every other month, he is in indirect light, and is near a humidifier.

i typically water mine every 7 days, but it varies. you should water when the soil gets dry or the pot is light

I’d honestly switch to watering whenever you feel the soil is drying out, rather than being on a schedule. Depending on its needs the amount of water a plant needs will change. I don’t know if this is true across the board but I know in philodendrons and monsteras white variegated leaves are prone to browning

I think overwatering.. they don’t need as much and can get a bit dry. So easy and tolerant. Light is what they love for their color. 💚
