Plant looks good to me. Nice new shoots coming out in that third shot.

Pic 1 might be scale but I don’t think so. If it scrapes off easily, scrape it off. But i don’t think it’s anything.
Pic 3 is new growth, Pic 4 is some physical damage
Pic 2 is 👀
No idea, but i wouldn’t be immediately scared of it. There’s no visible rot, the leaves look happy and healthy. I might side eye that trunk and expect it to die, but the other stalks should be ok

Plant looks fine to me, as for pic 2, I wonder if the plant is just so old that the oldest stem woodified.

Just be sure to quarantine it for a few weeks and you should be sweet

I quarantine every plan that enters my collection for a month or so just to be sure, with regular showers and pest protection.
In saying that, the damage looks mechanical rather than pest related.
When you take it home, pull off the moss and inspect the soil. Drench it in the shower or outside to knock off any dust and/or pests. Then Do a Superthrive drench to help with the transition. You can trim off any unsightly leaves 🪴
