Hey all, i found this hole around the main utility pipe and i am not sure what caused this to begin with. Thankfully it has not gotten bigger over the course of few months of tracking. Im at a point that I need to fill this hole and start repairing my lawn so i can list my home.
Need suggestions to fill and grow Bermuda grass again.

Hmm its weird looks like a sinkhole, if i were you i would check if that pipe has any leaks that cause that hole in the first place, im assuming that’s the exhaust pipe for the septic tank?
If there’s not any sing of leaks just fillout with dirt and proceed to seeding…
I would put a layer of drainage rock to prevent future erosion before selling. Then top soil and seed
