The roots don’t look packed. If the soil isn’t hydrophobic I’d leave it until it fills out more! I fertilize in spring :))

It looks really healthy . You still got more time for it to grow in the pot . I couldn’t change the soil until you really need to or the roots are coming out the bottom . That’s when I know it’s time for a repot 🙂 .

I see the roots are already circling the pot so I would definitely repot at least one size up with good drainage holes. I’ve been growing this corn plant dracaena for 4 decades.
