I ordered this from a company through amazon about two weeks ago. I soaked it for 20 minutes a day after I received it. I let it full dry out before moving it back to its spot, but does anyone know why there are the weird spots or discoloration? it was not there when it arrived five days ago.
I saw on an another post someone saying it could be because of the cold weather when it was in transit. If so, is it salvageable?
