  1. That looks like an agate. You could still get it sliced, then once they polish the slice it would look amazing. If you Google polished agate slices you’ll see some really good examples.

  2. Awesome! I was hoping you would remove the Mulberry tree. It's a beautiful tree, but I truly believe it was an accident waiting to happen. Clear the bottom of the Leyland Cypress all around to the trunk. Plant beautiful plants under it. Benjamin is so cute. Lol, he wants to make sure your followers know you and Aaron are not irresponsible parents. "Just so you know, the gun behind me is fake." ❤❤❤

  3. One of the best episodes ever! I love hearing the children interact with you. They both speak so well and you can tell that they really care about each other as well as their parents. It’s just so refreshing to see this. Thank you for sharing your family with us.

  4. Hear me out: get the tree guy with the cool shovel truck and… move that Leyland Cyprus 😬 If the fence is coming out and the nice straight line of the maples is continuing, that cyprus is the thing necking the driveway down

  5. Wow, it was so cool to see what was inside of that rock! You could make stepping stones out of that mulberry tree to put around your pond too!(Treat theme after cutting) That might be a fun project this time of year.😊

  6. Laura, Benjamin and Samantha are such great workers. And they are such sweethearts ❤ You all are so blessed. 😊❤ It is so hard to get rid of such a big tree but you're right not worth someone getting hurt. Thanks for sharing 👍 and God's blessings to y'all 😊❤

  7. So enjoyed watching your family work together as family. Always enjoy your kiddos and kitties. I can't wait to see the maple lane finished as well as the white picket fence come down. A circular drive will be a perfect solution to this part of your home. Regarding transplanting hellebores under the Leyland cypress, I heard that you can't transplant hellebores??? I need to as my hellebores do not bloom as they do not receive enough sun in the winter as they are on the north side of our house and are shaded all winter. So I guess they want shade in the summer but need sun in the winter? Is this true?

  8. You guys actually live near an area where there’s a great selection of rocks that Benjamin could rockhound for tumbling. Graveyard point would be a great place to start. It’s a great feeling to find cool rocks! 🪨

  9. If it were me I would take all the limbs up 3 feet from the ground off the leland cypress. It would be beautiful and sculpted. It seems a bit to big for the area it is in.

Family videos are the best, the ones with your parents and sister and even the ones where you're cooking dinner. It is such a cozy change from being out in the elements.

I don't know if she is up for it but it would also be fun to see what Bethany has done with all the plants she has taken to her house. I realize she may want to keep her privacy though.

  10. I would take it to somebody that knows how to cut rocks they might know the best way to expose the beauty. Breaking it apart might not be the best for it because you may not be able to expose what you want to expose and then if you take it to someone to be cut there may not be anything really to cut

  11. Lots of ideas. You could also just skip the fence. Let it be open space. Room to roam. Lots of freedom.

  12. From the way you were holding that first rock piece it looked like if you set it up it would look like a rainbow. Could be fun in a garden😊

  13. Nodule rock .
Keep looking for cool rocks. Glad Benjamin got a rock tumble. Maybe there will less in the dryer 😂. But I doubt it lol . Have a great day.

  14. Giggled to myself when you mentioned maybe a flower bed….from that point knew more would be coming off the Cypres! The Clemitus is a fantastic idea, this will be a beautiful area!!!!!!!!! Loved seeing ya'll hanging out together…quite the little climber there! Take care, Pixie ❤😊

  15. Great job cleaning up that tree. Sometimes you have to be merciless. It will be beautiful with flowers around the base

  16. Hey, Laura 👋🏼 How’s it going? Have you ever tried the 🐌 SNAIL ROLL method for Seed Starting❓ I just saw it and thought of you! You should try it! Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈🐈

  17. Benjamin! I remember getting a model of a black and white pinto horse for my seventh birthday! I will always remember it. Do you have any presents this year that you will remember when you’re all grown up?

  18. Love days like this with a little bit of everything going on. Sorry to see the mulberry tree go, but all things have a season. It has lived a life of beauty. Even with its decay, it still has a certain beauty about it. Maybe it can live in another form someone on your property (seating around a fire, natural bench around the play area, or by your hill where the kids love to play)? Curious, can the arborist or tree removal guys tell how old the tree is once it gets cut down? Question: do you think you'll have an issue with cars pulling into the Versailles garden once you remove the picket fence?

  19. We took out 9 cedar type trees last summer that were overgrown & encroaching on other beautiful trees in our privacy border. Wow did it open the area up & exposed all new planting areas for me. I'm so excited for spring & watching your channel just make me even more excited. Love love love seeing the whole family out on a cold but beautiful day!

  20. That Leyland (?) Cypress may have made the soil underneath very acidic. Would you consider azaleas (both summer and winter varieties) and some rhododendrons?
    So gorgeous!
