She was transported in 30 degree weather for about an hour and I feel like she started drooping more after that. However I dont think she was in perfect health before that given it's winter but, how can I make her healthy again?
– Soil was dry under 2in so i gave her a little water
– Have kept her by the window in my ~69 degree apt since

Also not 100% sure on what kind of dracaena she is bc I've never had one like this.

Never had this plant but in general after repot you should give a good watering not a little bit. Also press gently soil to be in touch (tight) with the roots so the plant should be able to get nutrients.
Give a good watering and press the soil again.
    Hope everything goes well!

Aww my momma gave a plant away like this a few years back. It was older than me. Was sad that I was too far away to get it from her. (PA vs AK)

Chronically dry. You need to fully soak it regularly.
