Hi everybody,
Living in Perth, WA. Want to grow some grass in our backyard. I raked back the mulch that was on top, can I grow the grass straight on this soil, or do I mix the mulch in, or do I need to get some other top soil in.
Any recommendations and help is greatly appreciated.

You need a truckload of top soil. You have sand.
Nah mate that’s shite. Get some special lawn mix from the landscaping place in Malaga and mix that in. I wouldn’t get any from Soils ain’t Soils, their screening process doesn’t remove enough rocks. That probably wouldn’t matter that much for underneath to be fair, but if you ever top dress it’s something to be aware of
