I think most people use small ones similar to computer fans. I use a floor standing oscillating fan, but it’s about 10ft away and I have an open room. Your plants look very healthy! What lights are you using?

That amount of air movement is supposed to actually help stems develop to be more sturdy.

High ventilation is almost always good unless you aren’t watering enough. They will need more water than you are currently giving for sure
