My dad’s lemon plant is ill.. what are the Problems and Solutions?

    Looks like mealy bugs to me. If he has other plants, make sure to check them because they travel. Other than that, isolate this, and use isopropyl alcohol and wipe these off (use a q-tip if you need to) and then spray the plant. Keep it isolated and then spray it again tomorrow and then every day for a week, then every couple days for a couple weeks, and then every week. I mean, you just gotta keep spraying it until they’re completely gone. Just try not to get too much alcohol in the actual soil, because I’ve heard it kinda lingers & can be harmful to the media.
    That’s what I did with mine. And it seemed to work, but I still kept it isolated for a while before putting it back because I don’t trust bugs. Sneaky little critters. Good luck.
