I’m not sure if there’s pests, or what I can do or how to save this birds nest fern. I usually water about once a week but I’ve been a little neglectful lately and I just use regular potting soil. I have the plant in a south east facing window so it gets a lot of light. Any advise is appreciated:)

Maybe… it looks super dehydrated, so I would start with a heavy watering (if you haven’t done so already) and see what it looks like tomorrow. Birds nest ferns also love humidity, so if it’s dry where you are, you might want to consider getting a humidifier and/or putting it in a humid cabinet/cloche/greenhouse/etc. to give it the humidity that it wants. I don’t see any super obvious signs of pests, so hopefully it will perk back up with more water and humidity 🙂
