Looks like scale insect! Easily treated with specialized product, can blast them off with your shower head and try squish as many as you can with a q tip till you get some

Looks like scale- where there’s some, there’s almost always more. I would check each leaf carefully, wipe off all that you can with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball, then treat with the pesticide of your choice. I typically go nuclear with scale and use systemic, but most pesticides work on scale if used consistently. Best of luck!
