    As an architect I would like to propose to you to finish the first floor first with the roof. Accordingly you will have an open & shaded ground floor. This will save both your time & cost when you finish the ground floor later. 😊

    Thanks for the video. I have a question. if you observe the background of this video at point 11.26, the just below the hand rail, there are some water moss (සෙවෙල). i have this problem every where in my house. any advice to mitigate it?

    අපේ slab එකට අවුරුදු 20 පමණ වෙනවා බිත්ති පවා leek වෙනවා. අපට වියදම අඩුවට pantry එකක් bed room එකක් හා bathroom සහිත උඩ තට්ටුව නිමා කර ගත හැකිද? වියදම කොපමණ වෙයිද?
