Pipe burst in my sunroom during a cold snap, I found my plants frozen and sad…please advise on how to best triage, I’m heartbroken

  1. Damn… I wouldn’t do anything. I would put them in a warm room with light and let them adjust before I take any actions. From there you can better assess the damage. Im also not an expert here but I would fear doing too much would create more trauma

    That sucks but they don’t look too bad. Leaves are still green. Succulents got hit the worst, but you can chop n prop good as new. Spider plant you can cut all the leaves off and it will resprout

    I fully support the waiting to see what happens next. If you end up in need of some new plants, I can send you clippings of the various ones I have to help you rebuild your collection 💕

    For now wait and see. Some may have survived the cold snap and do damage control from what survived. I’m not giving you false hope, just wait and see for now. I was in a similar situation and I was able to salvage cuttings:(.

    Wow, keep them in warm place to recover slowly, good luck my local news here in Miami, Florida said to bring in delicate plants, that’s not a good sign 😳

  6. They dont look bad… get a plant light and let them warm up
