Hello from Dublin Ireland. I'm not sure what is wrong with my fern. I currently have it under a grow lamp and only water it every 2 weeks. Please help.
Don’t know for this specific one, but a lot of ferns prefer moist soil over dry or wet soil and they often love high humidity

Ferns do NOT like me, but I can say that they enjoy moist (not waterlogged) soil and high humidity.
For moist soil I try to water them more often than my other plants, AND I gave each one a watering stake.
(Terracotta spike that you fill with water, it slowly releases moisture into the soil)
The humidity is what I struggle with the most with mine, and there’s a few ways to go about it. Pebble trays, a humidifier, and grouping plants together are a few well known ways to help with humidity. Giving them a good mist should help too
Good luck!

One more note- I would suggest switching the pot your fern is in some time in the future, maybe when it’s looking a little better.
Terracotta and unglazed ceramic pots are porous and tend to keep soil drier, which ferns aren’t a fan of. They’re great choices for succulents though! Because repotting is a bit stressful for plants, I’d try to hold off until the fern looks a little better.
If it gets worse though even after getting some TLC, then I’d repot anyway
