First time growing conos from seed, so just want to clarify. What is the cause of the color, and is it something to worry about?
In cacti seedlings, red/purple tends to be too much light and/or cold stress, so that's my extent of knowledge. Thanks all. ✌️

I’m having the same issue
It also means stress. I posted about some here that looked similar and the consensus was they looked good, so no need to change anything
When my seedlings get too reddish (they are indoors under lights and not cold) i add a tissue paper sun shield or move them further from the lights. They generally green up in a week or so.
