Nobody in my household cares for summer squash varieties, but I grow the yellow zucchini for my dad, and last year my old ferry-morse seeds failed me for the 1st time. The seedling grew all weird like it had nematodes, a virus, pesticides or something. The cucumber & acorn squash grew so I don't know what happened there, but I didn't like not having any for my dad, so I bought a few summer squash varieties on sale at MIgardener that I plan to try growing for him in 2025. I can't wait to see how you do your squash. Here in Michigan Zone 6A the cucumber beetles & vine borer moth are HORRIBLE

I do want to add a few cattle panels and more raised beds this year. I will continue to expand my growing area. Thank you again for stopping in at TSC and seeing what they are putting out. Honeycomb tastes good. Grew them last year. This year I’m growing their Honey Delight. It’s a yellow tomato. I usually buy from them online when they have their seeds 50% off sale. They have good cucumber varieties. Mostly hybrids but that’s ok. I like the Merlin hybrid cucumber. This year I will try adding another cattle panel if I feel like fighting with it getting it home. And another Keter self watering planter. Love the lights you picked up. I don’t know why I got nervous when you were pushing them out the store on that flat cart😂
It's best to get trays from Botanical Interest or bootstrap farmer. Those trays are one and done. It's worth the investment. Especially Botanical Interest. I love their trays. They are even sturdier than bootstrap farmers trays. I have both and it's worth the money.
I really like growing my seedlings in those Burpee 36 and 16 cell trays. Two of them fit perfectly in a 1020 tray. I’ve had them for 3 years and the seedlings pop out so easily and the trays are dishwasher safe and long lasting.
The pea and bean booster package is a bacteria that helps legumes like peas and beans get their nitrogen from the air. Sometimes it’s naturally occurring but the booster makes sure that they have it. It’s why you don’t add need to add nitrogen to those plants.
No spend Jan get gone, I need more seeds! I'm in garden zone 8B and grew the peaches n cream corn-delicious. I start corn inside, let get quite tall before transplanting. We enjoyed corn before mid June. I remember my Grandmother using a seed tape for carrots

Vego garden has nice reusable trays. Cost more but they are sturdy!

Look into Vego Garden stackable seed starting trays. I have been slowly switching over to these. I really like mine alot and worth the investment.
