Planting Design Trend 2025 🌾 Naturalistic, wild, informal planting schemes

I’m delighted to see trends in garden design moving more towards natural styles which embrace a touch of the wild and which support our native wildlife.

I often draw inspiration from pioneers of naturalistic planting design such as @pietoudolf, selecting beautiful grasses, and resilient plants that we would find in our wild meadows, prairies and woodlands.

Dramatic Miscanthus grass looks fabulous blended with Verbena bonariensis.

All of these plants can be found online at the wonderful nursery @sarahraven . Follow my Linktree shopping and offers link below or in my bio to buy them for your garden. 🪴
