  1. Its basically a mini gated community with the only regulator being the landlord 😅
but it's gorgeous and private so I'd still want to live there..

  2. Beautiful and cute garden on the same property and I don’t have to maintain it? Count me in! 😂

  3. Very nice single flat!
But…is one allowed to use the garden at all? I don't mean making changes, but sit outside, maybe with a friend sometime, to have a glass, talk, or read?
Or are you just supposed to walk right unto your flat and stay inside?

If it's the first it's interesting, depending on the landlord themselve. If its the second…no, thanks. Depressing.

  4. Imagine moving there with a bunch of friends. Everyone has their own little space and yall can meet and chill in the garden

  5. Really love the garden, but absolutely hate the long steep stairs. If you came home drunk it's game over. Bettet sleep at the foot of it than falling down and snap your neck.

  6. Somehow this is one of my favorites, especially if there are no downstairs neighbors I might bother

  7. I'll never end up in Japan but I just love the apartments you guys have over there, and I love that the toilet is almost always separate from the bath. I'd put up with a landlord just for the garden view.

  8. I personally like the garden, especially when combined with a house built in the traditional Japanese style. Even though some people would say it's messy, I don't mind spending a day off after work there. Well, you know, a garden isn't always about the perfect arrangement or size

  9. I want to live in this one. I can picture the sound of birds and gentle raindrops outside the window.
