Hey guys. Long story short a patch in this grass isn’t growing like the rest. We removed a large tree from year a few years ago and replaced it with the small one. Not sure if that’s having an impact. Have also been watering consistent in the Australian summer. It looks alive but not doing much. Any advice is welcome. Photo of the rest of the grass is shown. Most of the lawn is kikiyu.
