They like bright indirect light. It looks like root rot. You may be able to cut a branch off and propagate it. You have a lot of healthy top you can save.

I’m sorry about your plant and I have no practical advice. But I’m dying that it was marked NSFW…. absolutely had to click on it.

Does it always live by that window? If so, which direction is the window facing? If it’s south or east, the sunlight might be too much for it. A north or west window should be okay. Also, is the temperature pretty steady near the window or does it vary a lot? Varying temps might make it unhappy as well.
These plants also need less water in winter. If you’re “watering it often”, this could be the cause. If that’s the case, you have two options :
1) hope the roots aren’t too rotten and stop watering it for a while, to see if it perks up.
2) take it out of the pot, briefly dunk it in water and carefully remove all the soil from the plant and roots (easier to not damage anything while doing this underwater) then examine the roots to see if there’s any rot; if so, trim all the yuck away and repot the rest with fresh soil.
You want this little friend to dry out pretty fully between watering. If it’s dry and hasn’t wilted, I’d say it’s not ready for water yet. Let it get a little depressed and a tiny bit droopy before you water it again, and keep that cycle going until the weather changes and we get back to warmer temps.
Good luck! 😃

Mine died like this, the roots were a mushy mess because of rot. You can snip some stems and plant those to start over

Try repotting it into a larger container

Is anything close to the soil mushy?
