I ordered this Goldfish plant and the company forgot the winter protection packaging. It arrived with its leaves wet, droopy, and discolored.
They refunded me my money and told me that it looks like the plant is beyond saving. I don't want to give up on it just yet. What are your thoughts on how I could save this little plant…if at all?
It's in a self-watering pot, and I have it under a grow light right now. I haven't touched any of the leaves since it arrived.

Are there any green stems left? Be sure to cut all the brown/dead off too
None, I’m afraid. That kind of damage you don’t come back from, I’m so sorry – but at least they refunded you! Now you can just buy it again and pray they do better!
Check the roots, trimming off anything mushy. Keep the soil lightly moist (not soaked), give it some gentle warmth, and make sure it gets bright but indirect light. Boost humidity if possible, and hold off on fertilizer until you see new growth. If the roots look decent, there’s still a chance it’ll bounce back.
Looks like the top might have too much cold damage but I can see a bottom leaf with lots of promise. It maybe viable.
Hell no, Nemo.
Try cutting a piece of a branch and if it cracks dead if not that means there may be life, but you need to remove all dead branches and leave and self watering pots , I don’t know about them.
RIP
