Hi! I planted this Oleander tree a few months ago. It has done well and continued to bloom, but along with the flowers it has also started to grow these odd long “finger-like pods” that are weighing down the young branches. I believe (could be wrong) these pods will eventually open to new leaves, but I’m not sure if I should be pruning these to allow for better growth and a healthier tree.

Any advice or insight would be much appreciated!
New branches will look like new branches.
The yellow pods are seed pods.
