In this video, I cook breakfast, do some coloring and share my winter container garden in Maryland (DMV area ) Zone 7b garden.

These days I spend most of my time tending to the plants in my small space Maryland Zone 7b Suburban backyard garden.

I enjoy the harvests from my garden as well as cooking colorful, healthy and nutritious meals from my garden.

I grow in-ground, metal raised garden beds, containers, pots, larger planters and grow bags.

I love sharing things I do in my everyday life from gardening, cooking, home decorating, painting, indoor hydroponics, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, and the occasional eating out and more.

I hope you enjoy this video and find some inspiration from something that I shared.

    What kind of markers do you use?
    I bought myself a scripture coloring book and Crayola markers but, the markers made a mess by bleeding through the paper and outside the lines.
    Then, the ink got on me too 🙄.

    I render all My bacongrease TOO!!!!! And use it to cook My eggs & greens!!
    I've always cooked My bacon ON THE STOVE IN THE PAN, but after I started gardening, I wondered if it didn't make sense to cook it IN THE OVEN.
    If FISH can be equally delicious BAKED, WHY CAN'T BACON. WHY WOULDN'T BAKING BACON MAKE SENSE??!?!! I mean, heck it's WHOLE *NAME IS BACON*: That's enough of a hint that maybe I should try BAKINGtheBACON….. ANYhooo, I've been cooking it in the oven for over a decade now. It's better than torturing Myself with backsplatter from stove-frying. SET IT & FORGET IT!!
    I left everything uncovered so that next year, I know what I can count on to stay green throughout the winter & start early with filling the garden with those plants… so the winter landscape remains full of color, although not growing aggressively or anything.
    And the self-care guidance is ON-POINT, as per usual.
    Hope this season with your family has been AMAZINGLY REJUVENATING, Sis!

    Hey Lil Sis I'm loving that hat I need new hat that could fit over my locks now.
    I'm bacon fan cook mines in cast iron pot. I like mines really crispy too.
    I still have collards I need to go harvest and put in the freezer.

    Keto and exercise have been my go to since 2003. Always works. Now that my cholesterol levels are getting higher, I am having to alter it. More only vegetables days and fasting. Don't want to take the statins. You're looking amazing. Thanks for sharing
