I got this beautiful air plant a couple months ago, but I’ve been keeping it in my way-too-dry apartment. I would mist it most days and soak at least once a week, but I think it rotted in the middle despite the super dry conditions. I can’t tell if the discoloration goes all the way to the center. I just brought it to my more humid and better lit office. Is there anything I can do to help it recover if it’s not too late? Should I peel the old leaves off to get more air to the center or wait for them to fall off on their own?
