I’m sorry to correct you Bailey , but the one trend is pronounced Ro-co-co and is named after a period in art and design known as the Baroque period which was very feminine , over the top and opulent. Think Marie Antoinette and Bridgerton style with lots of pastels and gilding. It is a gorgeous trend in my opinion.

99% of everything being sold on Etsy is from either Alibaba or Temu. This is a dying market and hence the reason Etsy is trying to get ahead of it and suspending accounts who are resellers, since its against Etsy policy. I would hold out and see where the market is headed. 52% of Sellers on Amazon are now straight from China. Of the 48% left….I would guess 70 to 80% of those are resellers from China. Etsy is even worse. Both platforms have realized if they do not do something than they will simply become Temu at 3x the price. As a full time online seller of 26 years and someone who is currently the #1 seller on ebay in three different categories and done over 12 million in product sales, I will give everyone some advice. Stop looking for what is easy and fast because this is what everyone looks for and the market gets saturated. When everyone can buy a laser engraver….everyone does. Start figuring out your own product that is difficult to make and therefore very hard to copy and in turn has value. Etsy is a race to the bottom. Everyone will undercut you because they have zero time into making their own products. IF you find an easy product to design and make…you will be copied and resold on Temu within 3 months. Sellers on Etsy steal the pictures from Temu for resell and in turn Temu manufacturers still product ideas from Etsy and will even use your own pictures to sell on other platform at a fraction of the price. Before you waste your time setting up a store and going the Easy route….research if my words are true or not. This will save you a ton of headache, Time, and most of all….MONEY. Good luck.
