This is a small, established front yard in an HOA. The owners recently lost several trees that were providing shade to the house. They replanted a young Magnolia tree in the front, but now the front yard receives full afternoon sun.
The owners requested a low-maintenance, native design that incorporated their existing Magnolia tree, and two native Rhododendrons.
