Hold onto your trowels! It’s time for a greenhouse cleanout, Curmudgeon-style! 🧹 Winter’s damp and soggy grip is loosening (thank goodness), and the greenhouse is about to undergo a dramatic transformation. But don’t expect any zen-like organization or pristine plant propagation. This is the Curmudgeon’s domain, where chaos reigns supreme and grumbling is the soundtrack to every gardening task.

Witness the horticultural carnage as he ruthlessly evicts the last vestiges of winter, tossing aside withered remnants and muttering curses at their feeble constitutions. Then, brace yourself for a seed-sowing frenzy as he unleashes a chaotic assortment of summer and autumn hopefuls, with a healthy dose of skepticism about their chances of survival.

In this episode, you’ll experience:

The great plant purge: A brutal (but hilarious) culling of the weak and the withered, with the Curmudgeon delivering his signature grumpy eulogies.
Seed-sowing showdown: A chaotic clash of seed packets and potting mix, as the Curmudgeon battles to impose some semblance of order on his horticultural hoard.
Organization? What organization?: A glimpse into the Curmudgeon’s unique (and utterly baffling) system for organizing his seed collection.
Curmudgeonly commentary: Expect plenty of ranting about the fickle nature of Mother Nature, insightful tips on seed starting (delivered with a generous dose of sarcasm), and maybe even a philosophical reflection on the fleeting nature of life (as observed through the lens of a grumpy gardener).
So grab your gardening gloves, your sense of humor, and a strong stomach (for the visual assault of the Curmudgeon’s organizational “skills”), and join the greenhouse glow-up! Will any of these seeds actually sprout? Will the Curmudgeon manage to keep his grumbling to a minimum? And will the greenhouse survive this chaotic transformation? Tune in to find out!

  1. Love this little greenhouse, must be 10 years old and still going strong. Bought from Bunnings and compared to the big greenhouse bought on line that fell apart within a year, its great value. How about sharing your experience with greenhouses? Winners or losers?
