Hello all. I live in Austin area and recently posted on how to kill Dallisgrass. I spot sprayed glyphosate and it took the dallisgrass out. Now, I am looking to grow some grass.
I noticed that my neighbors lawn, which pretty much looked like mine (without the weeds), began to sprout new grass and right now looks quite green. Image below shows it.
My question is that right now, can I do anything to sprout new grass? Can I put some seed over to grow new grass? If yes, what type of seed can I put in?
My lawn has bermuds grass.
As you can probably tell, i don't know crap about gardening.

Wait until spring.
It’s the dead of winter right now, and your Bermuda grass has gone dormant. It’s going to look that way until about mid April. Starting about the second weekend in April, start fertilizing once a month. Your lawn will come roaring back
Your neighbor probably overseeded with annual ryegrass in the fall to make his lawn look green over the winter. That’s what people do when they don’t want their Bermuda grass lawns to look brown.
