*Leucocoprinus birnbaumii* fungus. It won’t hurt your plant but it should be repotted in a chunky soil so it has better drainage.

This is saprophytic fungi. They do add nutrients to the soil which is beneficial for your plant, but can also indicate the conditions are not good for your plant (a lot of times from no aeration in the soil). I would repot this, but no worries, it’s definitely not pests. This is the much better alternative lol 🙂

Looks like fungus which is good for the soil! You should still quarantine the plant for a while in case it has other critters.
