I've only had her for a week or two. Watering day was last week and I made sure she was very thoroughly dry before putting her back on the shelf, I don't really think it's rot, plus tje center of the plant still feels pretty firm.
However, the ends of her leaves are a bit yellow/brown and shrivel-y and one or two of them have brown spots in the middle (see 3rd photo). What could be the cause of this? Is my room too cold? (My bedroom had horrible insulation) is this sunburn? (she sits relatively close to my plant lamp, though it is LED and does not produce heat) she seems to be the only plant displaying these symptoms so severely, though a few others have slightly brown tips (all different species, this is my only xero)
The lighting in the first photo is a bit odd, making her look more yellow than she really is. Not sure if that helps

For some xeric types, you won’t notice the spots until they are wet. As for cause, looks like sunburn, as they are more delicate while wet. Now this could’ve happened from the previous owner/farm or under the lamp, hard to tell. Sadly it won’t turn green again, but it’s a beauty mark.
Soon after I moved mine to complete shade it looks healthy again. I only spray with water
