We moved into a new home in the Jacksonville, FL Area. The lawn was put in by the builder sometime between January and April of 2024. Its really struggling, as seen in the pictures. During the summer it felt dry and crunchy (we were getting plenty of rain and I was still watering). Now its almost disappearing now that it has gone dormant. I have a soil test kit coming, but wanted to throw this out there to see if there is any thoughts on what may be causing it. It seems really healthy and green under my trampoline and hasn’t seemed to go dormant there, (Nor have many of my neighbors lawns gone too yellow during dormancy). Welcome to any thoughts from anyone.
