Well, I’ll guess that that’s a pineapple, it has sunburn and it’s over watered.
Possible solution:
1. Make some shade by either using a car sun shade or put your plant farther from a scorching sun/light
2. Check soil with your finger by inserting it in a couple inches(2-5cm) down and water only when it’s dry, or lift your plant when it was just thoroughly watered, then try to lift it a couple weeks later, if it feels light – water it. Also u can use weights or better solution will be a cheap soil moisture meter from amazon, temu or AliExpress(they almost all works the same)

Water with rainwater or untreated well water. Municipal waters have chlorine and often, fluoride.
