I put it next to a large window and I think maybe it was receiving too much sunlight? I’m not sure what plant this is either. If you can identify it let me know so I can research and take better care of this big guy. I water whenever I notice the soil dry, so once every few days. Thank you!

It’s thirsty! Very very thirsty. Peace Lillie’s are very over dramatic when they need a drink but will bounce right back.

In addition to watering, make sure there is proper drainage drainage

I like Happy Frog soil for my Peace Lilly. Repot in a nice plastic grower pot with 2″ of soil on the bottom and not more. Put it In a nice decorative container. Water it outside of the decorative pot, let it drain and then place back in. Try a water meter and light meter. I use an app. Plant Light Meter

    Peace lillies are incredibly finicky.

Peace lily. They are closely related to fainting goats. Water it real good and ignore it for 24 hours. It will be fine.

I’ve actually seen Peace lillies in large planters out on the sidewalk in the city, so they CAN take a good amount of sun if done properly, but the one I have I haven’t been able to push that hard, as it was just over the summer that it finally recovered from a plant-sassination attempt.

Going to add that peace lilies are also very picky with light. I’ve had mine for 2 years and it took 1.5 years to find a spot it thrived.

It really really needs water. Bottom water if you can. Let it soak up all the water it can
