The big healthy leaves at the top are from the summer when I left it outdoors at a spot with good morning sun. Before that it was so unhappy shedding the leaves and pushing smaller than ever leaves. Ever since I got it inside I see the leaves edges going brown again. Will leaving the lamp on overnight help the plant ? I am at loss with this one, it only seems to like being outside but I can’t leave it out in the winter. Watering it weekly and the pot has drainage.

Looks quite dim in there. Move it closer to a window.

It needs some direct bright light throughout the day. A counter lamp won’t do, unless it’s a high powered grow light for most of the day

IDK, but if you’re watering on a schedule, consider moving to watering when the top inches are dried out. Chopstick/skewer method is fine.

It needs bright light and not near an ac vent or heating vent. They don’t like quick change of temperature. I’d put it in a much bigger pot as well.

The ficus needs more light. The change from outside to dim indoors was too drastic too fast. It is shedding some of the older leaves to get rid of excess energy usage to adapt to the dim indoor light. You can use a grow light or give it more sun through a window.

Deffinitely too little light. That lamp won’t do anything. Move the plant in front of a window or get a grow light. Also watering every week might be too much. Before watering see if the first few inches of the soil are dry or damp, and water when dry.

Overwatered and it needs more light. Ficus wants to be in bright light and to not have wet feet.

You put it in a dark corner, move it somewhere brighter

It’s probably just stressed from moving to a different climate. It’ll maybe loose a few leaves due to stress, not illness.
Just hold back on watering and leave it alone for idk, a month..? That usually works.
