Hello! I've had this peperomia for… Maybe close to a year? I didn't intend to buy it but I had to pick a replacement for an unavailable plant I'd paid for and ended up with this lady, she was slightly taller than the little butterfly in her pot then. She's in my office and for most of her deformed growth, she was sitting on top of my desk, in front of this same window but not behind the wall you see in the pic, I only moved her around two months ago when she was already all elongated and sad.
I've never chopped it down mainly because for some reason my coworkers like it and I don't dare be criticized for chopping the whole thing down but now I'm close to going on vacations and I'm planning on taking her home where she can get more appropriate light and a nice chop. Where she is now she only gets a little bit of morning sun (please mind I'm in the southern hemisphere, so most of her growth was during winter, it's summer now).
She gets watered whenever her soil is dry, which is around a week or so. I also have a tradescantia and a peace Lily that I got around the same time and are thriving in this window, so I'm not sure if it's just that this light is inappropriate for the peperomia, or something else entirely. Oh, also she sprouted a little baby on the side, so not sure what that's about
Thanks in advance!

The only problem is not to move it outdoors to avoid frostbite.
I don’t have any advice I’m sorry but I just want to say that I love her. She looks like plant from outer space, what a unique looking specimen.
Reaching really hard for that light.
I have one of these and it seems like a thrip magnet, mine looked similar until I got it under control. Have you checked the undersides of the leaves to see if there are any mites or pests?
Hiiii
I don’t see anything terrible with the plant. I’m not an expert but I can suggest water it when the soil is dry to avoid root rot (I lost mine because I overwatered it)
Also check for different places with sunlight. The plant will tell you if the light is right because if it’s too much light the leaves will change to an opposite angle (like an inverted spoon) and the leaves will be like dark green.
I wouldn’t chop it. It has a unique shape and it’s growing new branches and leaves
