Today we started our fall tomatoes and squash seeds! We are hoping to get a fall crop of tomatoes in the greenhouse and a good supply of patty pan squash for the fall.
The seed starting mix I made was:
3 parts @LivingEarthMulchSoil Rose Soil
1 Part @TimberFiber Wood Fiber Substrate
1 Part Perlite

Thank you for all you teach us 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️
Thanks so much! Quick question: can you use this seed start for pepper plants? I have some bell peppers and cayenne peppers I'd love to start from seed
Where do you store them when the temperatures drop below 50 degrees
Is Timber fiber sold online or a plant nursery.
So most people say we need to start tomatoes in July for fall harvest. So if I start some seeds now in Sept it’s totally fine?? I’m in Dallas/Ft Worth area. Curious cause I have some new seeds I wanted to try but was going to wait until December to start for spring.
Pattypan squash is my very favorite! I like all of them, I slice on an old kraut cutter and mix all squash, cucumbers and small green tomatoes to make bread&butter pickles. Delicious!
Tomato seed sprout for 15 years if stored in a cool fry place.
Jason at Cog Hill Farms recommended your videos to us. I live in SE Mo. so can’t grow late Fall till Spring.
Have you ever grown beefsteak? Can I grow them in the fall in Central Texas?
My dude!!! I didn’t realize you had a YouTube channel 😲
