I’ve got one growing one in a cluster of amethyst crystals. Pretty neat little plants.
❤
I've heard you mention advent calenders for a few years. Where are they on your site and when do they come out?
I follow you on all the platforms you're on, and I've yet to catch the advent calendar announcement. Next year please make an early announcement, so that I can make a note and hopefully catch it. 😉
I would love to try these 😂❤
Just got some from TSC on clearance! Perfect timing!
Do you sell them?
Plants are truly incredible in their ability to adapt and thrive in a variety of growing mediums, showcasing the resilience and ingenuity of nature. Whether it’s soil, water, air, or unconventional substrates like sand, coconut coir, or even rocks, plants find ways to root and flourish.
I am soo excited to start hydroponic gardening soon! ❤🌱💦
I have never grown an air plant and did not know that was what it was from the advent calendar. I just ran to go and get it and water and fertilize it like you said. The poor thing was in the box. Lol. I thought it was a weird seed of some kind. It is now in my window in my favorite shot glass. Thank you so much.
Thank goodness I clicked on this video! I had no idea there was such a plant and my brother in law and sister in law gave me a little duck for my birthday, and the plant is in the top to look like "hair," apparently, this is the type of plant it is! Thank you for this video!😆
I absolutely love that spray bottle. I have heard of these plants, and have been thinking about getting a few for my home.
Thank you for actually going over how to grow and maintain these plants. I was trying to find videos on how to grow a resurrection plant, which is another one of those "air plant" sorts of things but it curls up and turns brown and looks dead when it's dry. I couldn't find anything useful AT ALL. Everything was "Hey, when you soak this in water it uncurls and turns green, isn't that cool?"
Um, yeah, that's cool, but how should one CARE for them? Couldn't find anything. It was so frustrating.
I didn't see any air plants on your website store.
We have too much lime in the water here in Frankfurt! Not good for plants with air-roots!
Are they edible, nutritious and/or delicious?
These are all over in Florida. I find them in the yard in hot weather.
What is this plant called?
I believe air plants naturally hang upside down. When dunking be sure to set upside down to well drain. They easily rot. Attaching to objects such as drift wood with hot glue are wonderful way of displaying.
Love and much appreciate your efforts. Gardening Knowledge, is not my problem, execution is!. It's Not your fault, It's me. A stroke destroyed gardening abilities. I just don't have any suitable growing environment "space" available in my apartment despite my best efforts. I have transplanted Aloe and it's fine.. and, I just got a new pressure spray bottle for watering them. I would send you pics if possible. I spoke to my wife and hope to be ordering seeds from you soon. Love your building of the dream "farm". Take care Luke! My "life long goal" is to grow my own foods! Well since 49 years old any who~! and I'm almost 62 now! I will just dream-on, as you build it!
I have a ceramic girl with a hole in her head and in the hole is an air plant…so fun like she has hair.
Thank you for the video! I just recently bought an air plant 🌱
I like to display in pieces of wood that I find in the woods.
I never grew them because i didn't know they existed. Thanks for the educational video.
Have a whole window full. They are in tequila shot glasses and sea shells that I have drilled holes in and suspended with chains and cording from a dowel rod with cup hooks.
They do well displayed in sea shells as well.
Another great video! Now I need some air plants!
Where do we buy these wonderful plants?
looking for them on your website. Where are they? Cant find them in the search.
Interesting….good info.
How long have you been growing them , Luke? My local nursery has many sizes and types. Could be addicting, lol.
