I live in Raleigh NC and seeded a new fescue lawn this Fall that seems to be struggling.
Some of the grass is still dark green, but a large majority is looking lighter and possibly diseased.
I posted a month or so ago and most of the comments said I had POA. Adding closer pics as it seems to be another issue to me

Severe case of winter
I forgot to mention that I fertilized at 1lb per 1k of nitrogen about a month ago.
