Hey yall I’m torn is this sun damage or thrips
No the new leaves seem unaffected. In a plastic pot in a ceramic pot great driainage soil mixture is loose perlite and I normally water with bottled water occasionally watering with tap that sits out over night before watering. I try to water once every week and a half to two weeks as it’s indoors and winter and it sits on a shelf with direct sunlight infront of a window

Definitely thrips. You can see a bunch in pic 3
