Should I move my Bird of Paradise over to the larger pot on the right? I think there's one teeny root tip coming out of the drainage hole of the pot it's currently in. Also, should I incorporate a terra cotta watering spike? (Plant looks healthy, lives about 3 feet from a south facing window in a very sunny area, watering when top inch or so is dry).

Looks like it would be too big a step up – it’s also not recommended to use these pots for potting as they have so little drainage. It’s better to pot into a plastic one and use this one decoratively (even if you still have to use a saucer). I’d leave it be for now
It’s not necessary yet. That plant is still young.
I would.
More space for roots is always nice and from your description of roots coming out the pot’s bottom, it’ll give you a chance to remediate some root circling.
Edit: Also, ditch the Miracle Grow potting mix if you can afford to, big-box stores don’t generally sell the good-stuff in my experience.
Absolutely not time to repot! Roots coming through the drainage holes, only indicates roots following water in a drainage saucer or in the bottom of the pot and certainly not an indication to repot.

I disagree with u/Xenofontis on this one.
Quite frankly, as a seasoned horticultural professional with decades of both field-work and research experience, what I see on this subReddit is basically a whole lot of amateur hour advice.
It’s your plant, if you want to repot her than go for it, you won’t be doing any harm.
Nah, BOPs love to be root bound, looks like it has quite a while to go
BoP are taproot like plants, they will appreciate more vertical space than horizontal. I’d get a skinnier but taller pot personally.
It actually looks perfect in the current pot.
No, that other pot is way too big for this little guy

Mine is hitting the ceiling in a tiny 8” pot
No
Big or small pot it’s up to you, just manage your watering. My bird is twice as large and in a smaller pot.
