I bought this gorgeous golden pothos from a local plant store a few months back. I’ve never ever had a problem with pothos before, they usually thrive in my home. I put her up in a corner by the one wall of windows in my apartment. It’s gray season and my window faces east so she never gets direct sunlight. I only water her until my finger is able come out fully dry from the soil. She has good filtration from what I can tell and her roots aren’t outgrowing the pot. I never repotted her either. Yet all of a sudden a few weeks ago she started dying. Her leaves turn yellow then brown, or just instantly to brown. Some vines are breaking off/turning brown too. Even her healthy leaves are extra delicate, just taking these photos a few healthy ones fell off.
The soil looks fine to me, I just watered her yesterday. I do see lots of rootless stems that I can pull out easily, but that’s it. I usually pick/cut off the dead leaves but they just keep on coming. Please help me keep this beauty alive!

Forgot to add I rotate the plant on the hook every time I water it too*
Tell me more about your water. Are you on city tap or do you have a well? How do you determine when the plant needs water? Also, do you use fertilizer?
~Does the window have a draft? It could be getting cold.
~I always repot everything I buy, never know the condition of the soil or if it is even in the right soil.
Tbh the first thing I thought was overwatered by the look of it.
