Hello experts , any idea on why one half of yard doesn’t grow ? Recently aerated and added topsoil but for the last 2 years the grass doesn’t seem to grow “up”. Sprinkler system is installed and used as advised. Have added fertilizer previously also but only seems to thicken / improve the other side of my yard. Thank you for the advice / insight.

i just checked your soil temps. they are 65
your bermuda will start to go to sleep, esp if it’s not super heathy. you should be fertilizing with a mixture based on time of year, monthly if you want it to be thick
just follow the bermuda bible
