Hi there,
one thing I love to do in the winter to prepare for my vegetable garden is winter sowing. There are many benefits to it, it saves on indoor space, it doesn’t require hardening off the seedlings, and the seedlings are often less leggy than indoor grown ones.
It’s easy to do and cost effective.
Let me know how yours turned out if you give this a try.
Happy winter sowing.
