Laid this sir Walter buffalo around 4 years ago. Prepped the soil etc and had no issues with it for the first couple of years. Beautiful stuff.
The last 12 months I’ve had some dying out along with thinning out in some areas. See pics.
I’ve tried coring and always fertilise at the start of each season. Nothing seems to work.
Any idea what I can do to thicken it up?
Other info: no pets, very low traffic, no chemicals, live in southern Australia.
