I am quite sure I will be making Cuban beans. That's a great variation to our regular beans and rice. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
I also am looking forward to seeing you expand your garden. We are planning for a new bed this spring so I could use some inspiration. I think I’m done with Christmas shopping….finally. Just like you, I’m having houseguests for Xmas….my daughter and son in law from Ireland. Enjoy your Christmas Roxanna and make lovely memories!🎄🎅❤️
Several years ago, the city next to me I go to a lot of classes that they offer. It’s a nursery and one of the classes that they did was on Vermicomposting class. So maybe you have something like that. The people that did the class were very knowledgeable, had handouts and books if you wanted to buy Along with a plethora of other information.
I look forward to seeing how you expand your garden and create an outdoor kitchen area….how exciting! The Cuban beans looked yummy, but since I don't eat pork, is there another type of stock that can be used? Roxanna, thank you for all of the amazing content you have shared with us this past year, and I am looking forward to what you will bring us in 2025! I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and are able to find some time to relax. ♥😻
You are a blessing, inspiration and joy to watch! Thank you for sharing your life and coming goals. May God bless you and your daughter in 2025!
Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas, Roxanna! I enjoyed this wonderful video, as always! I'm looking forward to every one of your plans, cooking, and seasonal content! ❤🎄
Ah mi Roxanna you did the soft platano. I love the toasty ones tostones. Well it looks delicious as always! I make arroz con Gandalf’s. When our green house failed ,we had vouls / gofers and they goth through the wire you showed us. I suggest you get the smaller wire than you showed in this video( tiny tiny). I feel you will have a VERY abundant garden and always have from the beginning. We will be moving back to my home IN OCTOBER 2025….leaving the mountain due to well you know. I plan on growing everything I can, organically and no more outrageous grocery bills as they will only get higher. I love Par’s new red coat. That color will look great on her. Merry Christmas my darling, may you be blessed this coming year in all you want in life, and continue to be healthy. Xoxo🎄🎄🙋🏻♀️
👍👍💚
Happy christmas Roxanna to you and your daughter. Thank you so much for the great videos and recipies this year. Looking forward to the gardening content next year! God bless xx
Hi Roxanna, I cant wait for more garden content. I've been working on my garden for a little over 2yrs now. I've had some success, lots of failures, but that's all been educational. I live in so cal and I'd say CA has got to be one of the best places on earth to garden….(we can literally grow 365 days a yr). Although I will say, its so much different than most other places. When I started gardening, I followed the basic gardening "rules", but then have come to realize we're an exception to the rules. The planting zones are all based on lowest temperatures and frost dates, but here, our extreme weather is in the summer. Most gardeners don't have to deal w extreme heat, so there's not much information about it. I found my garden is the best in the winter, which was so confusing to me bc i didnt expect that. I always expected to have everything grow throughout the summer, not the winter. I did find a channel called San Diego Seed Company, I highly recommend it. It's for all the zone 9 & 10 growers. I think you'd really like it. I used to just watch gardening videos expecting the information to be the same, but then I realized, someone growing in England is the polar opposite of my growing conditions. Besides the gophers and Bermuda grass (both so hard to deal with), your garden seems do really well. Have a great Christmas, I love the bible verse at the end. Much love, Mandy❤
Looking forward to seeing your garden area and outdoor kitchen. I love watching videos on projects and your yard and house have so much potential for expansion and you can do so much with your property.
Merry Christmas Roxanna and Paris! And Happy Birthday Jesus!❤
Hi Roxanna. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy your videos. When I see you have a new one out, I sit down, put my feet up, and feel totally relaxed enjoying it. So, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you do for us. It looks so beautiful there. It is freezing where I am in Ma. Today it took forever to get the ice off my windshield so I could go to the grocery store. I don't know if this idea would help you but when I do my raking, I take out a snow shovel that has a bend in the handle. I get the shovel under the pile, then rake it onto the shovel, and dump into the wheelbarrow. So, easy! I am turning 82 so I have to find easy.
Wishing you and Paris and your new kitty, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year! Thank YOU! P.S. If I'm right, Paris is recording for you….great job Paris!!!
