My money tree has lots of steady growth to it but how can I fix its awful droop. It is standing at half its height like this and it’s depressing to look at. I try to water it once a week, it has drainage and is getting decent light here

The way it’s moving itself in front of that window should tell you enough. Your plant craves more light, and is trying to fix that problem on its own:’)
It’s getting top heavy, get it some support. Chuck some sort of pole in the pot with it to attach it too. Also braiding it together more like it is at the bottom may help a bit aswell
