It's a rental and I've already done a lot to bring it back to a nice lawn, when I arrived it was full of weeds and knee high and patchy but have fixed a lot of that with fertiliser, seeds and regular mowing and aerating. Apart from keeping the water up is there anything else I can do get rid of the patchy dead bits?
